We'd rather show you nothing than show you stock photos dressed up as our work. So this page will be built from our own before-and-after pictures, taken on jobs around Leeds with the customer's permission, with addresses and anything personal kept out of shot.
Until those go up, here's a fair picture of the clearances we're set up for. If yours looks like one of these, send us a few photos through the photo quote and we'll come back to you with a price.
Garage clearance
Old bikes, broken garden tools, paint tins, boxes nobody has opened in years. We sort out what can be reused and carry the rest out to the van.
Loft clearance
Everything handed down through the hatch, bagged on the landing and carried down the stairs.
Three-piece suite removal
Sofa and armchairs taken out through the door they came in by. They're loaded apart from other waste and go for incineration under the POPs rules.
Garden clear-out
Hedge cuttings, branches, turf, a rotten shed or an old fence. Bagged or loose, cleared down to the bare ground.
End-of-tenancy clearance
What the last tenants left behind: furniture, bags, kitchen bits. The landlord or agent gets a waste transfer note for the file.
Bathroom or kitchen strip-out waste
Old units, a suite, tiles and rubble left after a refit. Plasterboard is bagged and kept separate from the rest of the load.
